replacement shipment. Please ensure that you contact us in writing
within 14 days if you have not received your order. Please note that if
we are not contacted in writing within 14 days, it will be assumed that
you have received your order as requested.

or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have
been returned to us.
If the goods are not faulty you have 7 working days from the day after
the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods at your cost
for a refund (click here to find out how to return goods). A refund will
be provided within 30 days.
If any returned goods are not faulty and the goods contain software that
has been opened a 25% restocking fee will apply. We expect any returned
goods to be returned in the condition originally sold including any
product packaging.

All prices listed on the Printer Label Store site exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Under UK VAT rules we do not apply VAT to Royal Mail shipping, it is however applied to the charges of all other couriers.

Card Validation
What is this? 3D-Secure, Verified by Visa™ (VbV) and MasterCard®
SecureCode™ is a new security feature to help protect you against card
fraud. You will see this feature after you have entered your delivery
and billing information on our checkout page and will ask you some
additional security questions that only you will know the answers to.
This feature is provided by Visa™ and Mastercard™ in collaboration with
your bank. To get started you can visit your bank's website and register
a password for your Visa / Mastercard (including Maestro and Solo). On
sites that have opted for this additional customer protection, you will
be asked to enter some of the characters of this password to help ensure
that only you can use your card to make online transactions.
For your peace of mind, ensure that the website address that is
displayed when you are asked to enter your password details on our
website is: https://www.Printer Label Store/3dauth.php.
Neither the Printer Label Store website or any member of staff of
Printer Label Store (including any partner websites/organisations) have
access to this information.

Card Security Code
What is my security code? Card security code (CSC) alternatively known
as Card Verification Code (CVV2), Card Validation Code (CVC2) or Card
Identification Number (CID) is usually a three (3) or four (4) digit
number, which is an important new Internet security feature that now
appears on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and other cards, usually in the
signature field.
The CSC provides a cryptographic check and helps validate that the
customer placing the online order actually is in possession of the
credit card and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate.
Do I have to enter this Security Code? YES, you must enter the code.
Visa, MasterCard, and others now require online stores to obtain the
card security code for all cards that have a code printed on them.
Orders cannot be processed without a valid CSC.
Where can I find the this Security Code? On the back of the card in the
signature box, you should see either the entire 16-digit credit card
number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3 digit code.
This 3 digit code is your Card Security Code.
Pricing
Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct prices on our website we do
reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a
price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be
informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the
opportunity to cancel their order.
If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the
erroneous price is less than our cost price of the item, we reserve the
right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for
the customer to cancel the order.
Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for 10
days after the order is placed. If there are price changes when stock
becomes available again customers will be informed of any change before
any payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the
order.

If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for

goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a
result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be
limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability
for death or personal injury.
If you have a credit account with us, payment is due 30 days after the
date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment
calculated daily at 4% above Barclays Bank PLC’s base rate both before
and after judgment.
General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any
disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
The above policies are part of our commitment to superior service. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
WEEE Statement for Printer Label Store
Please help us to minimise the effect we have on the environment by
recycling your waste electrical goods. Much of the UK’s electronic waste
ends up in landfill sites, where toxins put communities at risk. To
find out more about recycling electrical waste, please visit
www.recycle-more.co.uk.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations require
that all producers of electrical equipment are now obliged to pay for
these items to be recycled when they become waste. These regulations
also require that all retailers both actively assist in delivering a UK
wide WEEE collection infrastructure and encourage the participation of
consumers in recycling electronic equipment.
In order to partially meet our obligations as a distributor as defined in the UK Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations (SI 2006 No. 3289 - 11
December 2006), we have opted to become a full member of the Distributor
Take back Scheme (DTS) as defined in regulation 35 of the WEEE
Regulations.
As a member of the DTS, we have made a considerable financial
contribution toward the development of the network of Designated
Collection Facilities (DCFs) for WEEE instead of collecting waste items.
To locate your local WEEE collection site, please visit
www.recycle-more.co.uk or contact our customer services department.
